How we make that?
1. Different heights of the cooling fins at the back of the light, in order to enlarge the heat radiating area and increase the heat cycle.
2. Power supply with 93 percent conversion efficiency.
3. Add rebreather between PCB and power supply.
4. At the bottom of PCB, we use thermal conductive strip instead of paste.
5. We choose the higher efficiency SMD5050 led instead of SMD3030. Nichia or Lumileds--Improve by at least 15 percent
6. Higher light transmittance glass
7. Reflection cup with Higher reflectivity
